When we think back to the early days, we fondly remember littering bulletin boards with our business cards and stopping by to chat with our local business owners. It was always important to start in the communities we grew up in — To care, to support, to lend a hand in anyway we could. For us, that meant creating work that gave people like us the opportunity to be seen and heard. We've always seen ourselves as a collective more-so than your traditional agency; a group of classmates, friends and partners. While this may not have been the end goal, we feel incredible lucky to be able to share these new beginnings with you.

We’re not here to fill a quota or hit you with buzzwords. At Porque we want to be held accountable, have tough conversations, and take the time to educate ourselves and others. Maintaining an equitable space takes valuing, recognizing, and accepting while celebrating our differences. To us, it’s being proactive beyond our screens.

While visually captivating, sparkle, glitter and fluff will not last the test of time. We have set out to create brands that are meaningful and representative. They will be impactful, not because of gimmicks, but because we have taken the time to understand and capture the core of your business through our work.

We create with the intention to deliver great work for our partners, teams and all collaborators. With that said, we also believe that there's a time and place. While hard work does have it’s merit, it should never come at the sacrifice of your well being. We believe in fair hours, constructive feedback, and open communication. After all, a well rested mind is a creative one. Let's set out to cultivate a space where you can be great and create freely.

Our process reaches the finish line when we have all provided input, weighed the pros and cons, and have become firm believers that what we are producing is work that moves. We have a flat hierachy, meaning that there are no suit and tie execs waiting to tear you down. We welcome your questions, crazy ideas and critiques. It’s what will make us better.
